Whenever possible, we will send the same Guards to the same Clients on a consistent basis. Occasionally, substitutes may be required. Detailed data regarding the needs of that Client will be transmitted to ensure consistent care is given to each Client. 50 States Security Investigations seeks to build trust with Clients as a partner, rather than simply in a specific Guard or Guards.
Our Guards keep in constant communication with the team and the 50 States office via two-way radios, or through mobile phones as necessary.
